The Foundation - Before You Waste Your Money
Apr 18, 2008
The world of supplementation is complicated. So many factors are at play, starting with the uniqueness of everyones body and ending with quality and integrity of the products themselves. However, as a supplement expert I can tell you there are a few things that are required for supplements to even have a chance of helping you with your goals. These laws must be followed. If they are not followed your results will suffer.
Law #1 Drink Water
I am not going to say too much about this but there a two important times you must have it. (1) All the time - about a gallon a day is a good goal. (2) you must have a large Glass will every supplement, medicine or anything else for that matter that you consumer orally.
Law#2 Eat Decent (at least)
Seriously, stop eating empty calories and garbage. It sounds strangely simple but a proper diet is eating foods frequently.
Law#3 Take a Daily Multi-Vitamin
Yep! Every human on the planet should be taking a daily Multiple Vitamin and Mineral, yet it is estimated that only 23% of us get it in every day . That’s crazy. Do you know how many different foods the typical American eats in a year? Less than 25. Now, guess how many edible things we have available on the plant. Over 7,700. Can you imagine the nutrient combinations our bodies never see? That is why there is this run for the “new juices”, Acia, Noni, Goji, Mangosteen and others. People are really feeling great adding these to their daily routine. My recommendation are Vitaplex by Schwartz Laboratories (capsules) and Liquid Vitamin and Mineral from 1st Step.
Law #4 Exercise Daily
For the normal fitness community here at i-supplements this seems silly simple. However, countless Americans are buying fat burners, energy supplements, muscle builders and more and doing absolutely nothing physically. Not only do I not recommend this, but it probably dangerous.
Build the above “foundation” and then you are ready for more.
