 So, your ready to take action and get that fit body you have been dreaming about for so long. Sleep and Rest is extremely important to a healthier life. If your not getting adequate sleep per night, it will be really hard on your body. As many of you know from being told over and over while growing up, you need to get around 8 hours of sleep each night. That is what most fitness enthusiast will suggest. The reason sleep is important it allows your body to recover from all the events that took place the day before. There is a lot more to than that, but we don’t have to get into that now.

So, you are eating right, exercising and getting good sleep each night. At this point your probably feeling a whole lot better.
