Nutrition On-To-Go
Getting all my meals in each day is the hardest thing for me to accomplish. Between dealing with my daily operations, team members, meetings, phone calls, adding new products and articles to i-Supplements.com, before I know it, 8 hours have gone by and I have not had a thing to eat. NOT GOOD!
We all know, or should know that we need to be getting some type of nutrition every 3-4 hours. If we do not do that our body goes into the dreaded catabolic state. Which means in short that we are losing hard earned muscle. THAT SUCKS!
There is no reason that we can’t be getting some type of nutrition every few hours with all the easy to pack nutrition bars, protein bars and protein drinks available to all of us. So it is now time that we quit neglecting our health and and our hard earned muscle and start packing away some nutritious meal replacement bars or hi-protein drinks!
