Don’t drink one of those energy drinks that are full of crap and will have you crashing a few hours later. The natural sugars found in honey are a good source to increase energy by increasing your blood sugar levels. A lot of athletes, etc frequently use honey to help them performance.
Breakfast
EAT BREAKFAST in the morning! Our parents and grandparents always said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. We have all heard it and they are right, breakfast is extremely important to get your day started right. I bet the majority of the individuals who have problems with getting going in the morning, do not eat breakfast. Eat a balanced breakfast that includes some lean protein and it will help get your day going good making you more energetic.
Multi-Vitamins
When you are eating your breakfast take a daily multi-vitamin. It is really hard to get all the essential vitamins and minerals each day on your daily food intake. That is why it’s important to take a multi-vitamin. They provide you with a great boost of natural energy and help you become more focused as well. You will also be getting vitamins and minerals you may be lacking, which will improve your overall health in general. Multi-Vitamins will also improve your immune system, making you healthier.
Sleep Cycle
Get yourself on a regular sleep schedule. It’s important for morning energy to get your body going to sleep around the same time each night and waking up at the same time. We have internal clocks and once your body gets used to a consistent schedule you will begin to have more energy and will probably won’t even have to use an alarm clock in the mornings. You will feel much better throughout the day. Some people need 6 hours of sleep and some may need 9, but try to get on a regular schedule!
