Keith’s Healthy Salad Dressing

Salad dressings have all kinds of fat and sugar in them so why not try a healthy and delicious salad dressing recipe you can make at home!!

Ingredients:

4 Tbsp. Carlson Very Finest Fish Oil

1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Add to Taste:

1 or more Fresh Cloves of Garlic

Garlic Granules

Rosemary - Crush the leaves

Sea Salt

Fresh Ground pepper

Directions:

Add both Vinegar’s and all the seasonings along with Carlson Very Finest Fish Oil in a container with a lid, shake and pour over salad. Refridgerate unused dressing for up to 2 weeks.

    I found this recipe online so I tried it. It’s delicious! I was worried the Carleson’s fish oil would make it taste funky or too fishy but it’s not at all. I finally found something that makes me want to eat a salad. Thanks Keith!
