Age Is Only A Number For Modern Day Body Builders
Aug 4, 2008
When it comes to bodybuilding you may hear many people say that when you get older it is harder to maintian that lifestyle. Take 69-year-old Walt Radke, who has competed in over 25 shows and continues to strive on. His most recent competition includes the Emerald Cup in Bellevue in 2008. In this competition he placed third in the 60 over class for the Master Men.
Walt wasn’t always a body builder growing up, he was overweight with having 27 percent body fat for most of his life. It wasn’t until he was 65 when he decided to commence into bodybuilding and start taking body building supplements with an ample amount of training. From that moment on he has been training for the past 4 years and has taken his body fat down to an amazing 4 percent!
Walt Radke is living proof that anyone who has enough determination and motivation can succeed in the body building industry. With that it’s all about what you put into your body and what body building supplements you are taking. He is a stunning figure to me with all that he has accomplished.
My personal recommendations for getting that first boost into body building would be to stack: American Whey Protein, along with Creatine. Also, be sure to take a multi-vitamin daily!!
